Meeting

On the first site visit, it is decided if a land survey is to be actioned. A full site analysis is then carried out and your client brief and budget is determined and agreed before the design process begins.

Initial Design

Using the information gathered, initial ideas are presented through 3D design, sketches and mood boards. Following our design consultations, an initial design is agreed for exploration and detailing.

Masterplan

Any further amendments are made and a final CAD masterplan is drawn up.

Detailed Design

Once the final form of the garden is agreed, all necessary CAD construction details and planting plans are drawn up. A final design package is now completed to be handed over to the chosen contractor, to carry out the build to our exact specifications.

Build

Working for you as our client, we go out to tender to fully trusted and proven landscape contractors. We do not take a commission, we always seek the best deal for you, without compromise on quality. We are actively involved during this process, making sure work is carried out as specified and to the agreed timescale where possible.

We also take care of the soft landscaping ourselves, as we're a little bit obsessed with plants. (And will take full advantage of any excuse to spend time in a garden!)

Maintain

There is no such thing as a garden without maintenance, so a full maintenance schedule will be provided by the end of the project. You’ll know what to do and when to do it, and depending on your location we can even carry out the maintenance in your garden ourselves.
